Becoming a Patient

If you or someone you know are interested in a consultation and becoming a patient at the Dynamic Health Institute, the following information explains how you can be seen for treatment.

We believe it is important for you and your family to be comfortable communicating with us, so please do not hesitate to ask questions or seek assistance from our staff.  Our intention is for you to be well and function at your highest potential.

First Step:  Contact Us

What Happens Next

After you contact us, staff at the Institute will then contact you to ask a few questions about your diagnosis and/or injury; however, no other clinical information will be needed at this time.   At this point the staff will not render any medical opinions or advice and they will be unable to provide specific treatment options for you until you have been seen in your first consultation.  They will be able to discuss in general terms some of the options available at the Institute should you have specific questions.  They will then discuss with you insurance eligibility and payment options.

Scheduling an Appointment

Once your eligibility has been verified (often in that first call), our staff will assist you in scheduling an appointment.  If you are a member of a managed care plan (an HMO), prior authorization will be required before you can receive treatment or personal payment arrangements must be made prior to treatment initiation.

Hours

The Dynamic Health Institute is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 2 pm and 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm Pacific Standard Time.  Saturdays by special appointment only.
